Hey! Thanks for stopping by! They are 205/55r16 Ovation Ecovision winter tire! There are several tire brands that carry a very similar tread pattern! The General Altimax winter is one!

@@freelishjoy9617 They are decent tires. you just need to be aware that like most winter tires, they don't like dry pavement. So if you do a lot of highway driving, you may only get a couple seasons on them.

If you're looking to downsize like I did, 205/55r16 on 16" wheels. But if you are mounting on stock 18" wheels, I would recommend whatever the door sticker says.

The wheels I used were MacPek brand. As far as the ride, it's much better than stock 18' because you have more sidewall to cushion the bumps. Having said that, it won't corner as well as low profile tires. Thanks for watching.

As a used car dealer we have access to a number of distributors for winter wheels. These are 16"

Hi Samir! The thing you need to watch out for is whether or not a smaller wheel will fit over the brake caliper! You may be able to go down to a 235/4517 or even a 215/55R16. I hope this helps!

OK! Here you go! Its a 5 lug by 4.5" (or 114.3mm), 16" rim diameter, 6.5" wide with a +43 offset. Simplest way to find one is to ask for a 16" wheel that will fit the same year Hyundai Accent. The Veloster shares the same platform! I hope this helps!

Was wondering. My RAV4 came stock with 19” wheels. Would it be advisable to downsize wheels from19s to 17s or maybe even 18s?? (New to making changes on car) I as well live in a winter climate for about half of year haha. Much appreciated sir.

It depends on the year of your RAV4. Most newer ones came stock with 17" and 225/65R17 tires. I'm sure you could downsize with no issues!

@@OldeCarrGuy Car is 215 70 R15, OEM. Wanted 2, U.S. made. Mastercraft rear tires for my rear wheel drive car, but 10 local dealers didn't have in that size. Going with Kelly winter tires in 195 60 R15, because they were the cheapest, at $78.00, and there's a slight chance they are made in the country that I live in, since they are allegedly owned by Goodyear. I've driven on doughnut spares for weeks. These narrower, smaller profile tires won't be any worse than that, till March, at least. I'll let your viewers know how it went, for 2022-2023 winter. I have a rear wheel drive car, so, this should be an interesting experiment. Thanks for the video. P.S. I live in MN, so winter here isn't tiddlywinks.
