Dear Miss Lori and Mr. Brown, Thank you so much for sharing the beauty of your home state with us. I had very little knowledge about Arkansas before I began following your wonderful and inspiring videos. You indeed live in a gorgeous part of our world. My dear husband who is 96 years old is declining so I am on the hop day and night. I'm stressed and exhausted but I find calmness and peace when I have a chance to visit with you both. I keep both of you in my prayers. My husband frequently asks about you both as he knows how much you have come to mean to me. God Bless. Love, Jody.

It’s such a beautiful state. We have driven through Arkansas a few times in our travels, but were mainly on the interstate. We did take our daughters, when they were kids, to the Crater of Diamonds state park. They had fun digging for diamonds…..😊

I want to visit Arkansas someday. I've been looking into my Great Grandmas family. She raised me and she lived into her 90s. Her family is from Ft Smith. They were the combs family and they had a little store and little cabins, I believe. I have family that has visited (we are in the Pacific Northwest now) Ft. smith and they can't find the original spot the property was. I loved my Grandma. She would eat watermelon with a little salt. Make big batches of greens and eat bowls with hot sauce. She was a kind loving soul. You are very similar and that's a big reason why I watch you. Your voice and accent to me is very calming. I miss her. I am 46 and I feel so lucky to have had the chance to spend so much time with her. Thank you for sharing your life with us! ❤❤❤

I was born in Indiana, grew up in Texas and now live in Idaho, but my parents lived in Arkansas before I was born, near a little town called Berryville. My husband and I went there once to try to find the old homestead up on the mountain, but our car broke down and we never made it. It is a beautiful state, but I think I’d rather live up north where we don’t have many poisonous snakes and lots of creepy crawlies. We need to go on a road trip down to see your lovely country. My niece lives in Branson, not too far away, it’s an incredibly beautiful part of our great country!

I am sure there are pros and cons whereever we live. Iowa is also a great state to live in. We have lots of job opportunities here, we have rolling hills, we have the beautiful Mississippi River, we have affordable housing, we have the four seasons, we have Excellent Education, and Iowa is one of the safest places to live in the United States. We have tons of farmland, great for retirees, because we have affordable cost of living. Every place is as great as you make it, I guess. Home is always where the heart is ❤💞

Dear Miss Lori, I loved your video today! You really showed some absolutely beautiful views of Arkansas! In a time where are freedoms are trying to be taken away from us by our government; who wouldn’t want less regulations on our lives and our families? I’m so tired of being told what cars we need to purchase, what stoves we need to use to cook our food, and what we must permit the government to decide what our children should be taught in school. Everyday we seem to have less control of our lives. Being able to live more affordable is a dream of everyone! You envy us by the amount of land you have to grow food and have some privacy that we don’t have. Thank you for showing us we do have alternatives to consider!

I just want to take a minute to agree with you. Fortunately for me, my children are grown and have there own families, but I still have the same concerns that you have about my grandsons, all 5 of them and what there future has in store for them. I have been a widow now for 10 years. My husband had so many hopes and dreams for our future and that of our grandsons. It used to be so common to see the American Flag on peoples front porch or yard and was so proud of being from this once great country. Now the government steps in and what we once had is like a thief in the night. Our rights that were fought for are being taken away so the govt can bring in foreigners and give these non-citizens the right to have a home by taking ours, making sure they have medical care despite the fact that being born and raised here, we cannot afford to pay for out medications that the others are getting for free. The more I think about it, the more I am starting to think that We are now a ‘third world country’. Such a shame is it that people get off the boats and no one bothers to check out their histories such as Criminal records. As a Citizen of the United States of America, we are being thrown into a den of Lions just like Daniel was in the Bible. If we were all born or was able to come into a life of money and luxuries, like our government representatives, like them too, we wouldn’t have a care in the world. I want to ask our Leaders how many of them are tested for Drug use! They are running our country I to the ground. As a retired medical worker, I too had to be checked for drug use before getting the jobs I’ve had. But why doesn’t our leaders have to do the same thing! I believe that these leaders from the Mayors, Aldermen Representatives and all Public workers in politics, should be required to have random Drug tests at least once every month! It may very well be that the reason drugs are so Prevelent in this country because the pushers are in the government working it as a second job. I guess it will be up to our God alone to punish those that are stealing the rights of us. Sorry to be so long-winded, but I am just concerned about what our elected officials are doing just throwing us to the Lions and the wolves. Take care and God Bless You

That is beautiful country living! I think I have only seen the flatland by the interstate while headed home from Missouri. It looks so dry when we drive by… usually I see harvested fields and low rocky land. I can see now we need to get off the interstate and explore. We sold our camper to a man from Arkansas…he was happy and so were we.

Hello Ms Lori, my husband and I are going to be in Pocahontas Arkansas next week just for a quick getaway. It’s only 4 hours from our home and my husband loved it there as a kid. Everything I’ve seen online Arkansas looks beautiful. Any suggestions on places to go or eat?

Good morning Ms Lori. & Mr Brown, I want to say a big thank you for taking me with you on this day trip! You both make me feel so Happy just knowing that there are such good people like you out there. To see the two of you lets me know that God has touched you and if he makes more people like you, this beautiful world would be a much more wonderful to be in. Like this day trip with your grandbabies, you are a breath of fresh air! I have been thru Arkansas many years ago. Being a Military family, we didn’t stay in any one place for long but to be able to travel thru nearly 46 states, my life has been an adventure. I still yearn to travel but when my husband passed away 10 years ago, I’ve only taken one trip but that was to Ireland. My husband was the King of my Castle, after God of course, so I knew that I needed to take him with me on this final journey. His ashes are now along the whole country and near many of the Castles. I would enjoy watching you both get to go also, you won’t regret it! Ireland is such a Beautiful country and the people there are bred to be kindhearted, again like you! I Pray that you two will get to travel and enjoy your lives while being here on Gods Green And Blue Earth! God says to not be proud, but to be a friend to you both, would make me proud and so happy to have such wonderful people like you as a friend. I hope he will forgive me for feeling this way! I’m sorry this is so long but I just had to let you know how much joy you are giving on your videos. You touch my heart. God love you both. Ms. Jilli

We are in south Arkansas, husband kids and I have all lived here our whole lives. It's a great gun laws and homeschooling state as well. I do think the area from hot springs to northern Arkansas near Bentonville, Roger's and Springdale is far more desirable however, and will likely relocate there in future years.
