@Mikiel Andrei Chico Hyeok-U didn't have an evil spirit in him yet, but the spirits could sense his evilness and found him to be a tempting host which was why the spirit said we'll meet again. About Hana, she was poisoned too. I think, they didn't show much of the past maybe we'll get that in the 2nd season, but remember she was in coma. Maybe she almost died too just like the other two counters. Mind you the law is always amendable. They wouldn't have taken So Mun back in if the law was above all matters. After all, they owed a big favour to So Mun and also promised him that he'd meet his parents even before they knew they were eaten by the spirit. It was for closure and I think it covers the promise they made to him.

What's not to love about this drama? Everything was so lovable.. Best cast, plot story, action, drama.. I love everything about it! Nowadays i'm so sick of weak dramaqueen aegyo cutie female characters in dramas but this badass girl like Hana is something that we all need to see! I love Somun character as well.. well i love all of their characters tho'.. No wonder the uncanny counter is OCN's best series ever! Can't wait to watch the season 2..

@Mikiel Andrei Chico Hyeok-u never killed anybody thata why the evil spirit couldn't come forward/completely manifest. Hanas parents tried to kill themselves and their children. It was never explicitly said but hinted at that they must have put smth in the food. Hana survived on her own. The evil spirit lady in the last episode may have hinted at her surviving bc she noticed and deliberately didn't eat but it could also have been luck. I think the people in yung are now less likely to tattle on the counters since they have grown closer. Also since they took down a fully formed spirit and most of those strikes were related to working towards that they might have taken a few strikes off or pardoned them.

It is not about the powers they have or being superheroes- it is because the characters are made from heaven that they complement to one another~ the acting of each of them? Just wow! The plot even satisfies you from depicting family orientation, moral values, and justice. The funnier thing was, all scenes seems to be natural. Same. I know a lot of people ship so mun and hana and I can understand why, but I really hope the writers chose not to develop any romance between them. I personally prefer them to stick as a found family trope. Plus platonic love is just as important, and I don't really see romance as a necessary part in the story.

@@nazura1674 I 100% agree with you! I feel like the counters are like the family So Mun seemed to be missing. Of course he always had his grandparents, but it didn't feel complete. The counters have become his second family, and I think he sees Hana more as a sister than a love interest. I hope they keep it that way :)

Well somun is the main protagonist, even his name is on the korean title (the title is 경이로운 소문 meaning Amazing Somun) so thats why we get more info about so mun and not the rest! The kdrama also uses 1st POV meaning we know what the protagonist know so with Do Hana, it made sense why we dont know what happened (why her family killed themselves) because Hana herself didn't know why her family killed herself so thats probably why in season 1 they can't show it any further hehe

A suspense mystery and the characters in this drama constantly keep you on the edge of the seat for every episode. There is action and suspense that make you shake and were you get scare and close you eyes because you do not know if you want to watch the scary thing on TV. In every scene you want them to succeed in their mission. You get angry when they get punish for doing the right thing and villains keep getting away with murders. Each member of the team has their own story that you follow along and support each character. The actors are great in their performance that makes their character believable and it sucks you in to the story and what they are doing. The chemistry of the team was great so the actors had a great chemistry. It is a different story and I have enjoy it. great script and special affect. I give it 10 out of 10

I really like The Uncanny Counter because it’s fictional, it really gives the chills, just saying I rarely watch Anime. But, I am a really big fan of fictional Korean Dramas. That is why I still love The Legend of The Blue Sea and My Love From The Star. This really adds up to my most favorite fictional dramas. I suggest watching 18 Again and Extraordinary You, they have a fictional vibe but it also has romance.

Just finished this drama and I absolutely loved it! The cast was awesome in their acting and dialogues. The entire storyline was brilliant. The action was well done. There was no meaningless romance between the four. The production was great. The ending was super satisfying. Overall I'd recommend to watch TUC because it's worth your time.

Love all the selected casts. K Drama has been moving away from all romance, this kdrama also has some comedy elements in there especially Ga Mo-Tak and Ms Chu. I have been observing Ms Chu since the Mystic Pop-Up Bar.
