Hi @harsha Trainings , When we want to share the data with other requestors , what is point of adding the Access Group there when its ultimately gonna be overridden at the time of execution . your explanation won't change a bit if we remove the Access group from Load management . Please Explain .

@Harsha Trainings 1) What if Any requestor don't have access to the Data Source rule(Activity,DataTransform, ReportDefinition) of the Data page? 2) Will that requestor able the access the data page? 3) Apart from overriden by requestor's access group, is there any significance for the access group mention in data page in node level??

Hi Suhanya, 1. How do u make a requestor not to have access to data page? This understanding is wrong... 2. Any requestor on same node can access node level data page for sure... 3. It's overrides to get the data shared... Nothing else is there...

What happens if it exists?

What if an operator has multiple access groups?
@HarshaTrainingsacademy8 ай бұрын
If an operator has multiple access groups, it's essential to ensure that the access groups associated with the operator have appropriate permissions configured to access the Work class for reporting. Here are some considerations: 1. **Access Group Permissions**: Each access group can have its own set of permissions and restrictions. Verify that the access groups associated with the operator have the necessary permissions to access and report on the Work class. 2. **Inheritance**: Access group permissions can inherit from higher-level access groups or roles. Ensure that the access groups or roles higher up in the hierarchy also have the required permissions for reporting on the Work class. 3. **Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)**: If your application uses RBAC, make sure that the operator's roles include permissions to access and report on the Work class. 4. **Explicit vs. Implicit Permissions**: Sometimes, permissions might be explicitly granted or denied, while in other cases, they might be inherited implicitly. Review both explicit and implicit permissions to ensure they align with the requirements for accessing the Work class. 5. **Testing with Different Access Groups**: If possible, test with different combinations of access groups assigned to the operator to see if the issue persists across all combinations or if it's specific to certain configurations. 6. **Logging and Monitoring**: Use logging and monitoring tools provided by the Pega platform to track access attempts and identify any permission-related errors or issues.
