Putting things off is really about dealing with our feelings, not just being lazy.

It’s amazing how this came up. I am currently dealing with recovering from an injury. I ruptured my patellar tendon back in April of 2023. Before then, I procrastinated for over 10yrs about a career move, procrastinated about getting into MMA, procrastinated about going back to the gym full time etc etc etc etc. it took me getting this injury and being out the loop of life for almost a year to hear God say “get your crap together”.
