I just talked to my adult daughter this AM..we talked about their search for home in crazy expensive CA.. and the 2 kids 6 and 4. And how her priorities changed over years.. Just a heads up that as life goes on.. if you have kids your decision to live somewhere may change. Amount of $ while vital for survival doesn't make you happy or relationship strong. Kids needs.. in my grandkids case they have some issues that make their school and their social situations more important than hers... IE kids changes priorities. So my grandma advice is have fun.. talk about what you feel.. but don't overeact.. time heals things if you work together.
