Over 2 years Since I Quit Nicotine & Smoking Cigarettes- Just passed the 6 month mark for Cannabis & Alcohol sobriety. Being 27 it's a little harder to make new friends but I'll take it upon myself to join activity and hobby groups entered around fitness, art and possibly martial arts. Fitness is the pillar that allows me to remain mindful and stay grounded

What I want to know is what the difference between 1 high and another? Why is the high you get from alcohol accepted and the one you mite get from your medication from a doctor not ?

They make more money off booze. otherwise pain medicine would be OTC next to the Tylenol, where it should be.

Opiate Narcotic based pain killers were completely legal here in the US until the 1934 Harrison tax act . During the industrial revolution Women and children would wait at Walgreens [ YES WALGREENS ] to get specific analgesics such as Bayer {heroin] as well as other brands and applications of such that were morphine based . The Men were at war ,so women and kids were forced to work in factories 16 hours or more per day ,and relied on the junk to pull them through those days . Bla bla bla bla ... I could give you a 1 hour lecture on it ...Read the Emperor wears no clothes . Well I am surprised that coach did not mention it .

I think we need to make Opiate pain killers great again, there are many with conditions that require pain relief. @@Amar1338

I went to school for alcohol and drug counseling and the class that changed my world was prevention. It's so important to help prevent children from getting involved in the first place. Thank you, Coach, for doing your part.

Never drank alcohol on a daily basis until they cut me off my opioid pain medicine which I took "responsibly" for 15 years. Am I now an addict? Not really, but I am another victim living with untreated chronic pain thanks to our lovely caring government.

I’m so sorry.. I’ve been off and on, the booze is so hard on the pain, if I get cut off I know I’ll be an alcoholic, what about cannabis edibles tho? Have you tried those? Also looking for doctors. If they don’t prescribe I don’t ride.. not going to waste my time not being heard, with a huge scar on my back, and an mri that shows I was handicapped.

Thank you. Yep I tried their cannabis, all the strains did not help like opioid medicine. Not even close. I know some people find great relief with it, but we are not all wired the same, obviously. @@greg9069

Thank you for this video. I need to get my sister's permission to show it to my 12 year old nephew, who is rebelling and developing very severe anger issues since he lost his brother to the overdose. You have such wise words, and I think it would be impactful for him. I am a God-fearing Jesus follower, but my nephew is not yet. He's into skateboarding and playing guitar (because of his big brother R.I.P.), but he only plays angry music. He needs some guidance. He needs something. And I think he needs to hear your message. He's old enough.

Showing this video to my 12 yr old nephew. Just got word from my mom that he is becoming an addict. 😢😢😢. His own mom, ex addict, brain gone, refuses to see it. His aunt and uncle are going to try to step in, and my mom wants us to. He looks up to us, but he also knows I'm an ex addict. Clean though. Do you do any online counseling for troubled youth??

I’m 63, I do not have SUD or OUD, yet I cannot get sufficient pain meds to do basic functions. I do take Kratom but it’s not been no miracle for me. I was on Opioids 12 yrs, responsibly. Abandoned over a yr ago. Ohio is HELL 🔥 It was never a prescription opioid crisis (I have proof from many PhD’s) Illicit Fentanyl is poisoning & killing ☠️ we in Chronic Pain are collateral damage. I’m literally dying, yet I have nowhere that will help. America is dead 💀

Im normalizing after binning 3 bags of kratom. Now the gym actually makes me feel good again. Ive been going for runs on mondays in the cold dark morning... And i feel good. Im no longer unnecessarily moody around my girl. I dont know why YOU take kratom etc but ask yourself if its absolutely necessary. Same with alcohol. Im still fairly addicted to energy drinks... But thats more a habit than a need and i know with with willpower i csn stop it at any time....GLORY TO GOD 🔥

Kratom is like opioids Go to weed and hot baths and core workouts with neutral spine like Push pulls and pull ups Weed is safer than paracetamol But the best safest way to take it only when you can't sleep from pain or anxiety or during meditation Only when necessary Not to feel good But to feel less bad Micro dosing with oil is a great route for delivery of the active compounds

Hey I’m new to the community, I’m sorry if this question has been answered many times before but I’m wondering if someone could give me advice. I suffer from intractable migraine, chronic fatigue, anxiety and depression, kratom has been a miracle plant for all of my problems so far. I’ve never had an addictive personality but I am worried about becoming physically dependent on it or developing. What do you think is the most frequently I could take it without risking that? Could I take a low dose like 2 grams daily? Or every other day? Or only a couple times a week? What is your recommended protocol for taking it as often as possible, so I can live my best quality life free of head pain, without risking the dependence rabbit hole.
@christopherpeterraby
@christopherpeterraby 7 ай бұрын
definitely take breaks, don't do it daily or multiple times a day, just don't let it consume you, try to only use it 1 day take 2 days off....if you take it everyday then you will become physically dependent....do more research and good luck
