I'm really sad to see Tom go, however, I do want to highlight the type of "boss" Spen is! I would have loved to work with and for Spen & Hashtag and give my absolute best every day! Such a great mentality and people oriented approach! This is the type of organization which CANNOT fail, and if it will ever do, then I will want to stop the planet and get off (all hope will be lost). Speaking to the kids which have been following Spen & Hashtag for a long time: THIS IS WHAT YOU NEED TO LEARN! How to be a proper person and professional!
