Hello. We just practiced speaking in English at all times even at home. Thinking in english rather than Tagalog also helps in speaking category. Just relax and enjoy the test. Good luck on your exam 🙂🍀

Read different types of texts and practice reading them aloud. Also, try to get feedback from others if you can.
