I ordered a bunch of different T-shirt from Printful and printfy. I found the gildan 6400 from printful is the most comfortable and fits the best. It also priced well. But only come in limited colour options.

ordering samples from DTG providers is a great way to test out fits as well as print quality and overall customer experience if you plan to go the DTG route!

In my experience Bella's sizes tend to run a bit smaller then a standard shirt. If you want a very soft and high quality shirt that had sizing more comparable to Gildan I would recommend District Made. One of my favorite shirts and I would always recommend it when someone wanted a high quality shirt. I even talked the company I was with to give us all that shirt for a Christmas gift. Everyone loved it.

that's really helpful. thank you. yes, we often print on new blanks to see how they turn out. District Made has a tank top that I really liked. the Bella unisex tanks are a tad short for my liking and the district made seem to get the length where I like it. - thanks for the tip!

Thanks for the video man. Definitely answered the question as to why my shirts never fit the same. I usually buy RVCAVintage dye shirts because I’ve had decent luck with them but they always fit differently and are not consistent. So basically what I am looking for is try blend and side seamed? Super hard to find nice formfitting shirts that aren’t super tight slim fit. If anyone has any recommendations please let me know. Just looking for some thing I can play basketball in, lift, or just hang out on the couch in. Appreciate it.

While they triblend (what we use) and the 50/50 (also a good blend) and they both have polyester in them we have never tried their 100% polyester.
