I enjoyed losing weight, but I don’t want to to it again. So many times I’ve lost weight but I’ve always gained it back during hard times in my life, but I have lost the weight and am now working on building muscle, which is wonderful. I don’t want to do this again.

This was really well put together. Excellent video. Especially adding in the athletes that need to make weight. A great example is the UFC featherweight champ right now, Alexander Volkanovski, he played rugby at 220, he now fights at 145. With unending cardio.

i need more videos on binging. when i'm alone that's when i do it -- eat in my car. in a 45 minute timeframe i can eat 6 donuts, 2 coffee rolls and maybe 2 bagels. and not be full.
