The memory of NIS personnel is on another level. My dad can recall every detail nearly 100% yet he exited NIS a decade ago. Even events pertaining to 70 s. I see the same in Kwatenge here.

Some organizations are for gathering intelligence for National security purposes (NIS) and other entities are for investigating crime (DCI) The American CIA, NSA and several other US security agencies focus on international issues that affect the US. Meanwhile, the FBI is a law enforcement agency that has jurisdiction in all 50 US states. It also conducts investigations overseas if necessary. If you see NIS involved, then that is a serious matter. They tend to operate in the background, advising policy makers and coordinating law enforcement activities with the National Police Service or DCI

He has done well so far but there are issues he dies not understand like the difference when Kenya was a dominion of the British empire and whenKenya became a Republic. The wort mistake he has made regards 9/11. This was never terrorist code. It was so named because it happened on 1st September 2001. The USA date system begins with month (9) followed by day (1) flowed by year (2001). This is what has been shortened to 9/1/1. I witnessed the spectacle in Washington DC from Potomac River while crossing in to Washington University.

I also thought he was wrong but the terrorists were speaking in Arabic and since they knew that the intelligence team in America was very well equipped they choose the specific dates so that when their communication was intercepted they (nis) would think that the terrorist were talking of an emergency.
