Thanks for an excellent comprehensive review. I bought an FZ 25 in August 22. Took it to Ladakh in September. Rode alone from Pathanamthitta in KL. The performance is very impressive spot on for our roads. Excellent performance, comfort, mileage. Cruises all day on our not-so- highway highways comfortably 95-105 km/hr returning about 33- 35 km/ltr. It comes to its own in the hills extremely flickable, loves curves, great torque, excellent brakes, suspension, comes into play. Handled very challenging road from Manali to Leh and back, no sweat, returned 43 km/ ltr no loss of power in spite of elevation in excess of 15k feet. Did the 2nd and 3rd service(10k). Enroute needed nothing beyond oil change and chain adjust/lube. All those craters and potholes-not a rattle or squeak at almost 11k. I find the gearbox quite smooth, hope it stays that way. Great bike, performance has exceeded expectations!

👍well and perfect review about Fz 25, It was really a good low and mid range performance bike with better comfort and stunning looks. But as you mentioned top speed is limited with that 5 speed gear box. if it has 6 speed gear box. It was lord of street. still it will have value to get that name. If you prefer long rides over city ride , go for Himalayan because of its luggage carrying capacity. FZ25 is an allrounder, we can use it for city as well as weekend trips . Fz25 is reliable and a VFM product also. A bs6 Himalayan owner opinion!
