Narantuya's the stronger one of these two, but both she and Pepe are strong and good fun, even if they're not outright silly broken. You don't need every unit you go for to be able to solo any IS at difficulty 15, so get both and enjoy their varied kits. ;D Also, Narantuya hits air! Though she let a wolf through, as well. :D

@Sazuyu Very far when in terms of general value, Ray can still do so many more things that Typhon and Narantuya can't. but as this guy said, Narantuya is actually also very different and serves a much different purpose than Ray or Typhon I say she can better than Typhon at laneholding purely because her S1 and S2 are on quick cycles. As for bosskilling, Ray is already the better ST bosskiller because of her Bind and quick cycling and quick ASPD and massive range paired with target specification

​@@Sazuyu they serve different purposes. Typhon is always a go-to for versatile laneholding with flexible wide range, multi target attack, convenient slow and stun. Her S3 is also great for boss lock but I won't lie, most of the times her S2 is more than enough to kill most bosess anyway. Ray is one of the best single target burst in the game right now with versatile range due to the sandbeast. But to maximize her might require you careful timing due to the reload system. Narantuya is something else entirely, good survivability and close range DPS that's also quite versatile due to her frontal and backline range. But she will have big problem against far enemies and no buff can really fix that, so put her near your best blocker and let her obliterates crowds of enemies with ease. I don't think she's designed as (pure) boss killer like most modern snipers nowadays but she seems really fun!

On the other hand Nara is really something else. Storn already did all possible praising to her so I won't repeat. U saw the video with Nara through the whole story? "map isn't suited" - almost halve she did solo. I only add that Nara is extremely cool trash cleaner. And if she was some melee I wouldn't bother. But ranged and what more important cheap one... There isn't anyone like her. Antiair but they are not aoe. Others has big cost and sp. The only place subclass is garbage is IS but whatever. There are others who are good there

Probably for balance, also attacking enemies that are closest to her kind of contradict her range, this subclass was given a big range after all, what's the point of doing so if her trait or skill priotize closest Also having long range is important for a ranged character, she may be a semi tank but generally you don't want her to be at the center of attention if you want her as damage support

It has to be mentioned that her value falls immensely the more meta units (espiecelly snipers) you already have, her main value was for IS5 starting and that was hurt immensely by the expansion too but shes one of the most buffeable units in the game.

@@ninja6245-real Well she does offer solid cc and survivability but snipers are just too stacked right now, her buff value is very high but thats hard to justify over others in value. Shes essentially a much stronger Exu in sense of multi hits and buff reception but still has dph problems
