The question we must ask ourselves is: could it be possible that we are the negative ones? What is often missed is these people are usually unaware of what they are doing. Until they do like I did and talk to a therapist. Then I realized I’ve bounced back between both side of the spectrum without awareness. See therapy brought awareness to me. Made me question everything i thought i knew. That questioning your own behavior before you do or say anything to anyone… that’s pure awareness.

Some things did not make sense to me. I deal with clients that dont show ip for their appointment and I fail to have compassion for such inconsiderate behaviour. I also struggle to see how I have created this reality. I am showing up for my appointments, am respectful and kind and consider other people.
