I have my students make recordings of eveeything they learn.. It's like going to the gym, for your brain, muscles and mouth. I require them to speak slowly and distinctly and i taught them phonetics and how to produce the sounds clearly. This gives them the bodily training so that some things are more automatic.

I have to admit that my English is not the best you can find, however, learning vocabulary is difficult and I think the way you mentioned in this video is a good way that I’ll follow. main reason you are not fluent in English: #1 when you speak quickly, YOU LOSE CONTROL (speak at your OWN PACE) and forget about every body #2 over-complicating things (keep things SIMPLE) #3 Focussing on accuracy (get a balance between ACCURACY and FLUENCY) built them both up over time #4 Lack of vocabulary (Build your vocabualry LONG TERM) (when speaking use vocab JUST BELOW your level) #5 You are shy (It's take times and awareness) #6 You don't practice enough (you don't practice fluency enough) how to handle realtime pressure (breath / smile / make eye contact). I appriciate for your sharing, thank you so much.
