7:00 ish - the reason for that will probably be that the defuser being planted is an animation, whereas all other gadgets are objects. The defuser can't be red pinged because it technically doesn't exist until it gets planted

​@@StephaneLevs odds are the ability pings all entities of a certain type, so either they'd have to let Solis red ping all enemies as well or make the player planting the defuser a gadget only while they are defusing. Considering how rarely this would occur, it likely isn't worth the dev time it would take to fix or the risk of adding in new bugs.

Actually, that's made me wonder: can Solis ping Skopos, and if so is it all the time or only some of the time? I'm curious whether the inactive skopos drone counts as a gadget or player, and whether they still count as a gadget/player when active

Issue is this shotgun is insanely terrible. Pump shotgun that performs sometimes worst that auto ones. Didnt know you can ping gadgets now, but as seen in the video its insanely inconsistent compared to iq.

Honestly old solis was my least fave op to watch, even Macie jay clips with her felt boring since she was just so overtuned and samey. New solis is a MUCH better op to watch gameplay wise and it might even get me to try her

@@BikiniBodhi If you mean util by site setups and opening sight lines sure I agree but a problem I have with it still stands, the thing has close to no wall destruction capabilities as a shotgun in the first place. You have popular options such as the M590 as you know and even the SASG-12 has decent destruction. Right now not to say it’s as bad as pre buff DMR destruction but it is depressing for a shotgun when its short variant is performing better in this department Edit: I JUST tested it, I genuinely can’t tell if there is a big difference or it’s placebo at this point between the long and short variant
