Another quick tip: having friends motivate you can really help boost your confidence. My friend told me his camera was gonna die soon when I was close to kickflipping a 3 stair and it made me commit to the trick more and I ended up landing it. What I do is, while in the air, I just look at my feet and concentrate on the ollie movement. I don't look at the stairs nor at where I am landing, only what my feet are doing on the board, and especially how my front foot slides. That has helped me a tone with commitement. I also have a problem with doing straight ollies so I like to approach the stairs with a slight angle so that when I land, it will be a straight and clean land. Hope that these tips can help someone out there as well ;)

Just keep trying, if your close than you're probably doing it right, you might need to flick your foot harder if its flipping too slow and vice versa, and make sure to try to catch it with your feet in the air instead of it hitting the ground before your feet get on it(if you're doing that)

If you can jump a curb, you can jump a 10 stair, here's why: Everything is the same and you really only need a good ollie, The only factors that ever change is drop and speed. Learn how to account for both of these, and stairs will come naturally. A 3 stair should feel like a curb when you warm up to it. It isn't this technical or this complicated. Land like you land flatground, the impact and speed if you calculated them right will simply go through your body. Remember to keep them knees bent on the landing.
