The 4 days of anything in a row is no good! Muscles need at least 3 days to rest after the workout for max growth and recovery. For hypertrophy at least 🔥 Sleep is super under talked about as well bad sleep equals bad gains 💯

I agree. If you wanted to do 4 "Full Body Days" (For example, targeting calves, glutes, triceps, and biceps one day then back, hamstrings, chest, and abs the next) would totally be great. There's so many muscle groups that can be targeted in a routine like that. 4 arm or 4 leg days is going to be too much.

I got really burnt out on them. I didn’t have any delay between the vlogs and posting and it was really getting in the way of everything else I was doing
