Ancestris is great, but just for information, Legacy also have "drag and drop" between two databases...

Problem with Legacy is that it's not fully UTF-8 compatible, so if you run UTF-8 as codebase on your Windows computer, the menus get x upped... That is actually something you should try when you test software... change to UTF-8 Codepage on Windows and se if the software is compatible or not...

Great video, very informative. I have downloaded Ancertris and tried it. This is my opinion. The interface is clean and easy to work with but the rest seems to be very "clunky" there are many aspects of the program which are not intuitive. The total lack of any real documentation is a major problem. My suggestion is to create a much more in depth help guide or produce a large number of KZbin how to guides. Again this is only my opinion, after trying most of the tree programs over the last 15 years.
