MashaAllah. What a powerful reminder. Baraka Allahu fikum. Here is a question, I wonder if you can relate. How can a person who has not been exposed to healthy love growing up can open themselves fully to the love from Allah ? Have you ever did dhikr to a point that you start getting an overwhelming loving energy from Allah and then abruptly stop because you can't deal with it? You don't know what to do with it? Have you ever looked for healthy love and then sabotaged your efforts because it scared you off, how did you deal with it, how did you repair yourself from this ?

Sahl ibn Sa‘d As-Sā‘idi (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that a man passed by the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) so he said to a man who was sitting with him: "What do you say about this man?" He replied: "He is one of the noblest of people. By Allah, if he proposes marriage his proposal deserves to be accepted, and if he intercedes his intercession deserves to be accepted." The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) remained silent. Then another man passed by. The Messenger of Allah (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: "What do you think about this man?" He replied: "O Messenger of Allah, this is one of the poor Muslims. If he proposes marriage he does not deserve to get married, and if he intercedes his intercession does not deserve to be accepted, and if he speaks he does not deserve to be listened to." The Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, said: "This one (the second) is better than an earthful of the other (the first).” [Hadith: Al-Bukhari]. ●Meaning: Two men passed by the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him). One of them was from the noblest of the people, who had influence among them. He would be accepted if he proposed in marriage, and would be listened to if he spoke. The other man was the opposite; from the weak Muslims who had no status among the people. If he proposed in marriage, he would not be accepted; if he interceded, his intercession would be rejected; and if he spoke, he would not be listened to. The Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: “This one (the second) is better than an earthful of the other (the first).” He means that he is better in the sight of Allah, the Almighty, than an earthful of the other man who had a noble status and influence among his people because Allah, the Exalted, does not look at a person’s status, influence, lineage, wealth, appearance, clothes, mounts (the vehicle they ride), or his houses. Allah looks at their hearts and their deeds. Another Hadīth reads: “Verily, Allah does not look at your appearances or your wealth, but He looks at your hearts and your deeds.” If the heart is of a person sound with respect to what is between himself and Allah, the Almighty, turns to Him, becomes mindful of Him, is diligent to the rights of Allah, shows humility to Him, strives to do what pleases Him, then this indeed is the person who is noble in the sight of Allah. He is the one who holds a high status with Allah. He is the one who, if he were to take an oath in the name of Allah, Allah would fulfill his oath.

As a man you can truly love a woman, but as a man you should never EVER be weak or emotional (crying or entertaining arguments that will lead to a fight or anger) with that woman, don't show emotions but show affection in the right way. This is just the truth, stand behind your morals, as Muslims we have the Qur'an as guidance, but a lot of kufrs are lost in the sauce, I am a revert myself and I had to learn the hard way how to deal with narcissistic women, traumatized women, broken women ( trust me most western women are broken and that's because they go from man to man to man having sexual encounters ) luckily I have never committed Zina, because even for a man zina relationships will mess with your head and will get you commitment issues, that's why Allah SWT tells us both genders need to stay pure. It's funny though, the Qur'an has all the answers how to be a good strong man, but society wants us to move away from faith and masculinity. I hope the kufrs/our other human brothers and sister, brothers and sisters in faith will remain strong during these times. Don't let a woman change you brothers, don't let a man change you sisters. May Allah SWT bless and guide everyone, ameen.

@Vongola Atzi uhm.. doesn’t sound like good advise at all. A woman would not interpret u only being emotional with her in the bedroom as “love” she’d think u only want her for sex. It’s unfortunate that men only seem to understand how to act in extremes and not try find a balance. Can you not set boundaries for your relationship (where they’re needed) and be a loving husband at the same time? Go see how the prophet (saw) acted for reference.

Because the arabs as a whole and the Prophet Muhammad (Saw) are descendents of Ishmael. He is their Ancestor so he is significant for us as the Ummah( Spiritual nation) of the Prophet Muhammad (Saw). Note : I think ummah can refer to physical nations as well am not sure but we muslims use it in the context of spiritual nation

Ibn ‘Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) delivered a speech on the day of the Conquest of Makkah. He said: "O people, verily Allah has removed the arrogance of the Jāhiliyyah from you and their boastfulness about their forefathers. So, now there are two types of people: a righteous, pious, and honorable person in the sight of Allah, and a wicked, miserable, and insignificant person in the sight of Allah. People are the children of Adam, and Allah created Adam from dust. Allah says: {O mankind, We have created you from a male and a female, and made you into nations and tribes so that you may recognize one another. Indeed, the most noble of you before Allah is the most righteous among you. Indeed, Allah is All-Knowing, All-Aware.} [Surat al-Hujurāt: 13]." [Hadith: At-Tirmidhi]. ●Meaning: The Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) delivered a speech to people on the day of the Conquest of Makkah. He said: O people, verily Allah has removed from you the arrogance and pride of the Jāhiliyyah and their boastfulness about their forefathers. There are two types of people: First: a faithful and pious person who is kind and virtuous in the sight of Allah, even if he does not have high status among his people. This is the type that should be loved and respected. Second: a wicked person who miserable and lowly in the sight of Allah, even if he is noble and respectable among his people. This is the type that should be hated and disavowed. All people are the children of Adam, and Allah created Adam from dust. So, it does not befit a person who was created from dust to be arrogant and boastful. Then, the Prophet (may Allah’s peace and blessings be upon him) recited the verse that hails piety as the right measure of superiority among people and informs that those honored in the sight of Allah are the pious ones. ●Benefits: ▪It prohibits us from bragging about our lineages. ▪It prohibits arrogance. ▪There is no distinction between people except on the basis of piety. The pious are the honored in the sight of Allah Almighty.

"A person who is disheveled, dusty and driven away from doors (maybe so close to Allah) that if he swears by Allah, He will definitely fulfill it for him." [Prophetic Hadith: Muslim]. ●Meaning: "A disheveled, dusty and driven away from doors person (maybe so close to Allah) that if he swears by Allah, He would definitely fulfill it for him." He is disheveled because he does not own anything to oil or comb his hair with, nor does he care about his appearance. His body and clothes are dusty due to his extreme poverty. He is driven away from doors because he is of no social standing, so if he knocks on someone's door, they do not let him in; rather, they turn him away because he has no value to them. However, he has value in the sight of Allah, to the level that if he were to swear by Allah, Allah would answer him. In other words, if he says: "By Allah, such and such will or will not happen", it indeed will or will not happen. Allah grants him what he swears by because of his honorable status with Allah. The scale to measure someone's status in Allah's sight is his piety and mindfulness of Allah, as Allah says in the Qur'an: {Indeed the best amongst you in the sight of Allah are the most pious amongst you} [Sūrat al-Hujurāt: 13]. The more pious a person is, the more honored he is in Allah's sight. Allah will makes his affairs easy, answers his supplication, relieve his distress, and grant him what he swears by. That pious person would not swear by Allah regarding injustice towards anyone. He would not dare to challenge Allah in His dominion. He only swears by Allah regarding what pleases Allah or in lawful things, out of his confidence and reliance upon Allah, the Almighty.

Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Prophet (may Allah's peace and blessings be upon him) said: ''Allah does not look at your bodies or at your forms, rather He looks at your hearts and deeds." [Hadith: Muslim]. ●Meaning: Allah does not reward you based on your bodies and forms, nor do you get closer to Him by such means. However, you get rewarded based on your sincerity, truthfulness, and righteous deeds. ●Benefits: ▪A Muslim should pay due attention to his heart and its traits, set its objectives aright, and purify it from all reproachable qualities. ▪The reward for deeds depends on the sincerity and good intention determined within the heart. ▪Caring about the reform of the heart and its attributes should take precedence over actions of the body, for it is the action of the heart that makes deeds valid. The deeds of a disbeliever are invalid. ▪A person will be held accountable for his deeds and intentions. This prompts him to rectify the action of his heart in a way that pleases Allah and His Messenger.

I'm sorry but....I really don't know where that "Marriage is Half the Deen" saying came from....I personally never believed it. It just doesn't sound right. Because Ultimately Deen is the Individual's Submission To Allah, and from that point on through our lives, and in what we try to establish in our lives, we are to guide ourselves by Allah's Wisdom and Instruction in Qur'an. Marriage is another one of those things. Allah(SWT) directs us how to marry, who marry, the Fundamentals of marriages, hoe to resolve issues in marriage, etc. But what isn't directed is WHEN to marry. As I have said before, not even were of the Prophets married nor did all of them gave descendents. And The Prophets were better than us in terms of Deen, just for the fact the Allah called them to such high position. Complete Deen is one's Wholeheartedly Submission to Allah(SWT).
