Is the soil composition in Cedar Hills different than the rest of the metroplex? More sandy? More Loamy, etc? We were looking to move to Texas but were concerned that all the houses we looked had foundation damage due to the expansive clay soil all over the state. Thank you for the video

Cedar hill is in the Blackland Prairie soil group still, so very expansive and largely clay with some loam. I did an Instagram live Q&A with Heath from HGS Engineering and he talks a lot about our soil and how to maintain it.
