Why You Need to PIck Your Battles! | BMW M2 CS at Circuito de Navarra

This was my first race of the week, and I was lacking a bit of pace from the top racers in front of me. However, this race is a great example of why you need to pick your battles and sometimes not overly defend, otherwise you might lose more than a podium :)
This week I was also thinking about exponential steering. When you trail brake into a corner you generally want to turn in softly and easily, but as you slow down and are getting ready to accelerate, you can exponentially increase the steering since your tires have more grip the slower you are going, so you can ask more out of them. This track has many sharply angled corners, which requires lots of exponential steering and light trail braking, especially in the M2.
