Quick Summary 1) Diet: Your diet could be the reason why your body doesn't have enough energy - calories. 2) Iron: How much iron is in your food? It's responsible for oxygen transport inside your body. Green vegetables have a lot of iron. 3) Vitamins: Fruits and therefore vitamins help a lot. 4) Sugar and simple Carbs: Nuts for quick boost instead of chocolate. 5) Coffee: no coffee after 3pm, hot tea instead 6) Water: Do you drink enough? A bottle a day is a good measure. 7) Physical activity: a quick walk around your neighborhood will do a great job 8) Mattress: Bad mattress equals bad sleep. Find something that excites you and you will jump off your bed each morning! Have a nice day :)

I'd like to add that before going to sleep, make sure to lesson the load of morning activities (by doing them the night before) to reduce the stress of waking up. For example, iron your clothes the night before instead of in the morning, pack all the important stuff for tomorrow the night before and etc.

I have a problem where I tend to go to bed later than I should and get out of bed later too because I can't help thinking about the things I'll have to do through the day because of how I think of time in units (before lunch, after lunch, after work, bedtime etc). I extend my time at night doing the things I like like reading because I keep thinking about the entire day of work I'll have to go through again before I can read again, so I better enjoy it now. Same with getting up in the morning - I'll have to go through all of this before I can get to bed again, so let me stay here a little more now. I know it also has to do with me currently being in a job I don't enjoy much, but it's actually mostly because I suck at being spontaneous and doing things when I can and want to instead of when I'm supposed to. My job doesn't have specifics times - I could be taking a nap in the afternoon and then working at night if I wanted to. But I can't because night is for things like reading and the day is for my job... specially since I have to match the schedule of other people around me or it just feels off. I wished I knew how to break out of this and stating about time hour by hour like I used to a long time ago instead of grouping things into slots of time that are meant for specific things.

Good content! I personally desagree the vitamin supplement pills, tho. Even when you are unable to prep your meals according. Taking pills sets your body to don't "search" for the vitamins in the food and renders your body to "addicted" to the pills. Furthermore, the amount of vitamins is usually way too high and the body desposes it anyway. But, there are people that needs those supplements, indeed

Can you make a video on how to make friends in high school. The first or second month of highschool I am socially awkward and I want change this but I don't know how. @stephvi8068
@stephvi8068 6 жыл бұрын
Hello! It can be hard to make friends in high school and after. Just try to be open minded... Don't judge what your peers look like, what clothes they wear, if they have a disability, even what their interests are. You can always find common ground. Also, don't ever settle for crappy friends...take the time to invest in good hearted people who enjoy being around you as much as you do them, you are worth it!! When you have an opportunity to connect with someone, try asking an open ended question about one of your classes or something in politics, sports, movies, tv shows, parents/siblings or anything you think they might be interested in talking about. Complimenting something about them helps too whether it was a point or argument they made in class or something you like that they are wearing. It puts them in a more receptive place. There's a really really great book called Soul Pancake that has very stimulating questions and ideas to help to get to know yourself and others better. Good luck!

Low Melatonin in your brain can be a major factor of why you are waking up tired as well.
@janiekie12
@janiekie12 6 жыл бұрын
Well actually, high melatonin would make you sleepy so you're supposed to have low melatonin when you wake up... But mostly let me say: if you're worried about you melatonin, make sure you get direct daylight during the day (not through a window), just walk outside. This decreases you melatonin during the day, making you more susceptible for its effects in the evening (also no blue light in the evening because this will prevent you from making the melatonin).
