I do agree that free ranger is technically better and I will try to use it more but I am still going to main crackshot because it is also just more fun to use and really satisfying to one shot, reload, one shot, reload, repeat

I used to be a semi main in 2019 until they nerfed the gun and it got a lot harder so i switched to crackshot since its easier but the cs got nerfed this time and the free ranger got op in the vr2.0 so im thinking of using semi again

The free ranger has a bigger bloom close range and a lot of the times you need to 2 shot the target even though you hit the centre, especially in long range scenarios. I would always choose the crackshot because of its smaller bloom which guarantees a one shot kill. And plus the free ranger blanks so much long range

no if u hit the center its one shot. if u hit close to the center u may need another shot. but especially since there is pistol and melee, free ranger better for me. u get more shots especially if multiple eggs are coming at you. which in my case happens a lot once i get a good streak going. especially when the crackshots miss and they have to reload, u dont cause u have 15 rounds. it depends on preference. crackshot does more damage and faster reload time, but free ranger has 15 rounds per magazine

if you have eggbreaker by default the max damage is 170 ive tested this in private and in public games I only ever take 170 damage and no more from a crackshot sniping at me

kinda agree but one thing is, if a gun takes more skill doesn't usually mean it's useful in a lot of areas. Also even though the firing rate increased the acuracy actually became lower, i dont know if you realised it. So I still stick with crackshot more in scrims but in pubs i'll try some free ranger. Thanks for the tips! (Play on FFA then you'll see how hard it is to play with free ranger xD)

2:54, That makes no sense, the free ranger doesn't take as much skill as the crackshot, The reasoning for this is with the crackshot you only get one shot til you have to reload and if you can aim then you can get that one shot kill, But with free ranger its a random bullet hitting somewhere around the egg which has a lot to do with bloom (not aim)

@@claymorrissey2843 if you are not skilled with free ranger then you can fire random shots but if you are skilled you can track your opponent with Free Ranger just like you can with Crackshot and crackshot isn't better for killing I proved that point in the video, it can't kill multiple enemies rapidly and if you miss you are screwed or blank you are screwed but with Free Ranger if you miss or blanks its alright cause you can shoot again

In certain situations crackshot is better and overall if ur a mid-tier to good player crackshot is better but I understand how if ur a god and have near perfect aim free ranger $h!ts on everybody. but on certain maps or with really good players you may only have time for one shot so it is better to use crackshot because that one shot can do more damage. also generally if u run into someone with a shield they will have lost some of it already so 170 damage is often enough also you didn't really mention how you have a pistol in a close range fight if you miss or blank your first shot, you can pistol them if they have bad movement, you have good aim, they are low already, or they have a bad close range weapon
