Good video of the 500. I love mine, it’s a 2018. Anxious for the tune on it! I’ve got the check engine flashing, don’t know why, but it’s 3 hours to a shop. So I want to figure it out, someday. And get it tuned.

Thank you. Good machine for sure. Could just need a spark plug. I change mine once a year.

If the check engine is flashing, it might mean the same thing as a car which is a misfire. Check your plug or coil.

That’s the thing. Any machine can go anywhere any other machines can go “as long as they have traction “. Ride comfort, top speed and ability to handle a decent jump are entirely different factors which are going to cost more money if you really desire those things. I’m happy with my Trail model. It goes places the EX or other wider machines can’t. I joined 3 four wheelers for a ride and even their shorter wheelbase had me doing multiple point turns thru the woods. These Trail models are really good machines if they are all someone needs.

I agree the 500 is a good machine as it will go anywhere that a friend 1000 maverick trail will go and them some. The cfmoto has a from locking diff where as the maverick does not.

Purchase 2021 moto 500 Trail about the same time I found your Channel, been watching every one of your KZbin channels doing an excellent job thank you for your effort in doing these videos. Have a question how do you go about putting those doors on your 500 Trail would like to do the same on mine.

I added 2.5 inch spacers soon as I got mine 2200 miles ago. Made it much more stable and haven't had any issues.

I know I need to go to a shop and see if a machine like this is a good fit for me, but as far as room for a big guy, how much is there? I'm 6ft 1" 350 lbs, would I be uncomfortable? It seems like a fun machine , thanks! Great videos btw!

It seems that the HP for the zforce 500 is the same as the cforce 500. The zforce weights about twice as much. So is the zforce under powered or the cforce over powered? Thanks for posting
@R.N.GPerformance2 жыл бұрын
Ehh. They are both under powered because they are a 500 CC engine that don’t produce the power say a Polaris 500 produces. However with that said they both will get the job done just fine. They both are fantastic machines. They both are fun affordable and reliable. If your looking for power and a more capable 4 wheeler grab a 800 or 1000. If your looking for a more capable SXS the zforce 800 is sufficient. However the z500 will definitely do the trick I have a ton of videos covering both machines.

My buddy is looking at the 500 for the trails. What's the availability of the parts to widen it and maybe a price?
@R.N.GPerformance2 жыл бұрын
They are easy to get. If I were to guess somewhere around 2 grand save your self some money don’t buy OEM shocks. Buy stage 1 Hester’s all 4 for 1100$ I believe. Main Street cycle has my parts list

Question bro, Just bought mine brand new about a week ago. Still haven’t done the break in period since waiting on a trailer. I do warm it up on a daily basis. It shuts off while it idles and warms up. Have to restart it about 3 times before I finally shut her off after warming up. Is this normal or is something wrong with it since I just can’t turn it on and have it warm up without shutting off. ?
@R.N.GPerformance Жыл бұрын
I have found that premium fuel does this. If you run 87 it stops doing this.
@ellopezloft Жыл бұрын
@@R.N.GPerformance I don’t know what kind of fuel they dropped it off with. Right now I’m trying to burn it off before putting in some more. Could it be they put 89 or 91? I’m in California

We have the 2021 zforce 500 and love it. We do plan to do the clutch mod so it will engage smoothly but we are looking for a step or slider that bolts on to make it easier for our old bones to get in the machine. Any suggestions?
