I know its a walking simulator but, in my mind, its a horror game, being trapped in an office setting with no way out. This looks like my version of hell. Normally with walking simulators, its a one and done type of adventure so I do like that it has some good replayability with the many choices you can make (or not make). I will be keeping my eye on this one, definitely going on the Wish List.

That's my concern. I've played the original for many hours. I'm concerned that $25 isn't going to get me enough NEW content in the Deluxe. I may wait for a sale as well, but I'm super tempted to just go ahead and get it

The original has an achievement for completing it in under 4m30s, but I played it for many hours. I'm actually curious if this game is going to have enough NEW content as compared to the original to be worth $25... I saw a few new things in these clips, but not enough to convince me it's a whole new game

@@Brandon84J If you loved the original and played it to death like me, then trust me, it's worth every penny. Take a leap of faith and don't research any further. buy it and enjoy one of the best games ever made.

@@SallyMangos I did read a pretty good review on Steam, where it wasn't biased. He didn't recommend it for people that played the original because there's not enough new content to be worth $25. I'm gonna wait for a sale, and then hop on it. I do love the game, for sure Also, thank you for the advice =)

I've never played the game myself, but i have watched others play it and enjoyed it greatly. The thing about this game is that this was basically the first game of its type created that received major accolades in the industry. Because of this many new players play it and say 'so what?' tons of games are like this. Just know it was basically the first to achieve this and be nearly universally recognized by the industry. The in game achievements are hilarious, one is just not playing the game for 5 years. One of the biggest complaints is about the narrator being to chatty, so it you don't enjoy someone talking to you a lot probably don't pick this up. That said those who love it, love/hate the narrator, you ended up in some of the routes actually feeling bad for him and others hating his guts. Kevan Brighting, is a genius in delivery of the narrative in each story to make you go from one extreme to the next. If you've never played the game and enjoy 'walking sims' with humor i recommend this highly.

Such a great game. I played it on PC back when it came out, i don't rember much about it explicitly other than i thouroughly enjoyed it, and thought it was really funny and clever. Probably gonna pick this up as it also has a bunch of new content in this release.

It's not quite as much of a walking sim as he makes it out to be. I played for hours on the original. There's a narrator that is absolutely hilarious. You can stand in a broom closet for literally like a solid 5-10 minutes, laughing your ass off

It goes on sale a lot...it is very divisive so I recommend trying to find it when it is about $20. I got mine for $15 and at that price it is absolutely worth it.

This game definitely intrigued me; I thought it was related to Portal at first, but then after looking into it, the only similarity is the assets, really (oh, and I suppose the story, like you mentioned). Might pick this up some day, not sure.
