Thanks Ron, these Monday minutes are a real blessing.

Thank you Ron! I was going nuts with a huge prop and did not look right. The great guys in the zoom room pointed me in the right direction but i was not experienced enough to figure out all the details! I get it now! You saved the day!

Thanks Ron. What timing. I pushed 14 2-string column matrices like a mega tree. You saved me with this. Thanks for the pearl. I owe you a full priced sequence or two this season.

Thanks, you just fixed a problem I was having with the window frame model. My wiring was off by one pixel on how the model wanted it to be. Export and move pixels in custom model layout, perfect window now.

Came across this looking for your native vs custom models video and watched it through. What a pain in the proverbial having to go through and manually change all the nodes 301-600. Well after all the excellent tips and tricks you've given us ELFs, I'm pleased to offer you one I've found that would save you this pain. Once you've imported the custom model, you can temporarily flip the data vertically using a right click Vertical Flip, copy the 301-600 cells, flip it back and then paste the copied data (which of course is flipped) back in at cell D1 using Ctrl-V (as the paste option disappears but the data is still in the paste buffer). Bish, bash, bosh, numbering is sorted. Shame you won't be able to re-claim that 15 minutes back in your life Ron lol. Of course this would be extremely useful if you had to do this on a much wider matrix with more strings.

Damn it, looks like @kamals4905 already beat me to it 😬, or something along the same lines!

Yep, been there, done that, see it and moved on, brother. There are many ways to accomplish the same things in xLights. Only two of us know it. LOL!

Just a FYI, if you would have made your original model with one string and the appropriate strands etc. before you exported it, your imported model would already have the pixels in the correct order and no need to modify the model! But it is good to show people how to fix it if they have more complex issues.

Just select vertical line , right click & select flip vertical, thats all you've to do No clik, clik, click, clik required 😅

Ah, yes... much faster for consecutive runs. I just tested that and had no idea so thank you for that. For the rest, let's enjoy their efforts in click, click, click. On a serious note, several applications will not be consecutive so click, click, click is required. I appreciate you brining that to the table.

@@xTremeSequences for atleast horizontal and vertical edit, horizontal & vertical flip, rorate , mirror is good option. On native matrix side instead of (strands, strands per string, node) this is confusing some time Options like this is light weight & understandable Row ,colom Start from(top left, toptop right, bottom left, bottom right) Zig zag(check box)
