I would hire someone who has a Technical Reference Manual in his pocket instead of a new Smartphone. Someone who has a pen and small notebook in his shirt pocket. Who takes notes. Someone who is constantly read during his free time. Someone who is dedicated and have "Can Do " attitude. And someone who is really willing to learn new things.
