The area is full of potential. Serious investors stand to gain big. Property Developers such as Verified Real estate amongst the few serious developers/investors. The County Government should however be more proactive in enforcing approved spatial plans for the area and support investors coming to the area. Uncontrolled development threatens to make the Gatongora area where Kamakis sits unattractive. Northlands City Developers should also be concerned as this is the buffer zone for the City.
