I chuckled and glad you said that its Cambodian eggplants not Thai eggplants. It's my first time here visiting in Cambodia from Long Beach, CA and been here for almost 4 months. Really thinking about moving too! Thanks for the pros!

We've been semi-retired between Cambo and US for ten years now and we still undecided. We can't stand the heat and humidity during summer months there. Hopefully, we will have to decide where we are going to settle down before our last breath. Can't wait for our coming trip next month. We are renting a condo unit at Borey Peng Hout Beng Sno bc my sister who lives there. Have a wonderful New Year with your family from Minnesota 🎉

I enjoy your videos, but the advice you’re sharing isn’t realistic for 95% of 20-35-year-olds in the West. Unless they’re working remotely and earning an average Western salary, it feels more like a pipe dream. For most, the only feasible option would be relocating to teach English. This lifestyle seems more suited for pensioners, retirees, or KZbinrs-not the average person.
@WRKSH0P-za2 күн бұрын
Brother you’re in a better position than most people in the world the west has loads of opportunities compared to other countries like where I’m from SA. But that’s not holding me back I’m tapping into markets overseas that people in those countries are taking for granted it’s brining in around 12k usd a month it’s not much in the grand scheme but I’m about to go move to Cambodia and I can’t wait, long story short the world is full of opportunities you just need to put in the effort. If a 20 year old from South Africa who went to free government schools can do it. I’m sure you can as-well we are in a time where information is Readily available. We are all born humans with equal potential. Don’t get trapped in a cycle of negativity, improve your mindset and make the best of the life you were given. We are all equally powerful and can do anything you put your mind to.

Problem is most people don't have a remote job/online business or a shit ton of money to just live care free in these countries.

I love the low cost of living in Cambodia it’s just like the affordable prices in California back in the early 90s! If you retire early, you can really enjoy life there, and with super cheap plane tickets, you can easily hop over to nearby countries for a mini getaway vacation. That is a blessing 🙌 🙏 ✨️

@danielc1375 I have been living in Cambodia and working for the California Electrical Union for over 28 years, during which I have been state certified throughout Northern California, especially in the Bay Area, earning over $100,000 a year. I am currently living off my two pensions, which provide a comfortable income of $7,000 a month. Given this, why in the world would I want to work? I exceed my threshold under the Bend Point system for average monthly earnings, and I fall under the 35 percent replacement rate. Additionally, my child receives 50 percent of my Primary Insurance Amount (PIA), and my wife axuliary also receives 50 percent of my PIA let that sink in. I bet you are too slow to even grasp an understand.!!! 🤣 🤣

Just because it's cheap in Cambodia doesn't mean anything. The wages are low. Farmers make $150 a month. On average, teachers in rural area make only $300. In the pharmacies, you'll make $800 to $1000. I tried living there and it's not for everyone. It's better to lived in America if you're not wealthy. Make sure you have in the Hundredth thousand if you're planning to live there. Finding a job is difficult especially if you're Cambodian. My family tried to apply for work in several places and we were denied for not being a foreigner. Hopefully, you have connection in Cambodia and good luck if you plan to move. California is a home sweet home. I do want to say most people who lived in America send money back to there country. My sister in law send $500 a month there and I have a friend who send $500 a month there too. It's best to save money and travel there.

@kriskravt342829 күн бұрын
@keithdouglas9848 True .More expensive than in neighboring countries and not as good. Google the best ones and read reviews. there is a reason why Khmer people who have money and time ( sometimes have to go to to hospital immediately ) go to Bangkok, Singapore, or even Saigon hospitals for treatment
