This doesn’t only imply to men because I felt this in my soul!!! I left a 2 year relationship in December and I been bouncing back harder learning to not compromise EVER AGAIN. Especially my standards in all type of relationship. My ex and I drank every night, ate like shit every night, barely worked out, watched tv every night, I started losing myself and got into bad habits I never did before. Now I’m 2 months sober. Read at least 10 pages every night, go to the gym 5-6 days a week, meal prep & hit my macro goals, never turn the tv on, go to church every Sunday & pray every night, and am learning new skills to advance in my finance career. God has already introduced me to great people and I’m so focused to never fall into soul sucking relationship again (I was financially taken advantage of). I have seen a HUGE improvement to my mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical health these last few months. Never will I compromise again, no excuses!!!

Not just my budding business, I really want to repair or better every aspect of my life. I have a lot of things under control, I have other things I need to work on. I am soaking up the content, and I will commit to being extraordinary. Thank you Keuilian.

As a female I have been absorbing your content and your word for the past month. Even though a lot of your talks are about how to be a real and worthy man, I love listening to your messages. What they really mean is how to be a worthy HUMAN. My family, Armenian as well, raised me with the typical Helpless Female upbringing so I have always been an extremely passive person. I just turned 29 on April 25th, and decided that will no longer be the person I choose to be. I already know that I am capable of much more than I think I am, because I have proven it to myself time and time again, but now it’s all about genuinely putting in the daily and hourly work to change my life, not just little parts of my personality. This video in particular brings up so many critical concepts for me. WOMAN UP!

Thank you for this video Bedros. I am a 27 year old songwriter and I am first realizing how much I would compromise on my own dreams. I was signed to a recording label but when my manager wanted me to change every aspect about my songwriting, it failed because I compromised what made my writing original. When I worked with a singer to release an album but he spent time partying with friends and not in the studio, I compromised by accepting his behavior and even joining him relaxing instead of working. When the singer left the band to do independent work I was left with no one to work with and spiraled out of control mentally. I have come to realize that I have been compromising my own desires and goals trying to appease everyone around me instead of sticking to my guns and improving my work. You have given me great faith in myself and a drive to become the best version of myself. Keep making these videos because they are working and unbelievably valuable to someone like me.

Last year I took the gearstick and shifted it to a higher gear, I invested in my education, I joined a Tribe that focuses on making income from property. I went through the phases of denial,"who do I think I am" bullshit and went stale for a few months as i hadnt quit smoking weed, I kicked myself back into action this year after quiting, I'm part of two tribes now, one focused on business ventures and the property one. I have a personal trainer and a business partner, I've grown my brotherhood and now finally elevating myself into a better life surrounded by better people. Your environment and your network will mold who you are, change your environment, hate making excuses, hold yourself accountable and watch your life start to pick back up. The content you consume will shape your way of thinking. Don't watch the news, listen to Bedros, Huberman, Jocko, any public speaker who focuses on bettering your mind body and spirit. Future you will thank you sooner than you think.

This single video has provided me more value in decades of suffering, self doubt and being weak. What you Sir Bedros have said from 18:00 to the end, is what I needed to hear the absolute most. I have been surrounded by weak, titty and estrogen pumping dudes for a while, and I ended up fucken comprimising my environment because I had already spent so much time in solitude for the past 10 years, that I really wanted to come out of isolation this time, and really live and love life and become 2.0. I take full accountability, I should have done this earlier but I kept forgiving folks and taking the hits by fully surrendering myself. I recently let go of a few friends because this was exactly there fucking attitude and projection towards me. I was blinded by it by being a pleaser and seeking validation. Bad choice of drug I tell ya, it fucked up chapters of my life. And I cannot begin to tell you how I feel now just after 3 months of exercising and cutting toxic people like that out. It gets tough being alone sometimes, ad much as I value and love my alone independent time, I also love being social and meeting people. Its weird, kind of got stuck in a bubble. Most men are weak nowadays and project all theyre shit on to you. I wish there were some fighterjets I could meet and our vibes could possibly match the tribe. This is the first time i’ve ever commented with full expression. Thank you once again brother, you have not only inspired me numerous times through your podcasts but provided such value. To the fucken point, cutting the fat out. Love it!

I’m not eating clean, skipping the gym to be with her, drinking more and more often, not sleeping my normal routine and it’s has effected me and my mind significantly. No more compromise I need to get back to my routine and be disciplined about it. I had a conversation with her about and she supports me 100%. I’m the one that allowed this to happen and no more it ends today. Thanks KB.

Don't forget to mention that hard work also fucks your health up. Such as mine did 2 slipped discs, sciatica, carpal tunnel. This is a hard work!!!! Working a regular job. I think people should know how differentiate between working hard for somone else and working hard for yourself. And have the limits know when to stop. Going the extra mile doesn't always work. My advice self development and education is the way to become rich, wise, and free.

On March 12, 2015 I was in a head-on collision while in California on Spring Break. I had to be resuscitated two times during the ambulance ride and subsequent emergency surgery in the ER to address a ruptured kidney and other internal injuries. During this process I received multiple units of blood to keep me alive. I was then placed into ICU with a Traumatic Brain Injury that left me in a coma, and had another surgery the next day to complete the removal of one kidney, it was demolished by a road sign. They also checked for additional internal injuries. My brain continued to swell and I had multiple mini-strokes so I had to undergo another surgery to remove part of my skull to prevent the swelling from ending my life. Blood was required during this surgery as well as later during another surgery to repair a broken vertebra in my back, replace my skull bone, remove it again to address an infection and then replace it. The really amazing thing is that I was lying on the asphalt until the Ambulance got there. I’m so thankful that I’m alive and I can share my story to help you! Let’s see how it goes.

Yeah, the hardest part is when you have to give your back to your long time friends that (sadly) are keeping you down. They dont understand that im trying to evolve, better my self, and yeah i want them to succeed too! But, they just say they will, but after years and years they never put the hard work.
@LuhRen Жыл бұрын
I legit just came from that situation. I recently ended friendships that were 10 -15 years old. It was mainly because I wanted to change and out grow old habits and I saw that although they said they wanted to changed, they never did nor did they go fully after what they claimed were their passions. It's a harsh reality because you don't wanna feel like a jerk because your friends aren't "doing enough" but at the same time you have to do what's best for you and if it's time to let people go, then it's time. I know it's hard but just rip the bandaid off and once you make a decision, keep it don't go back on it. You can do this you just have to believe you can.

I could’ve had the body I wanted a long time ago but I kept compromising my goals, by eating like shit, keep procrastinating on my gym workouts when I know I had a set time. You was right when I was going hard and put myself on burpee challenge I had people paying attention and being inspired and then I stopped. Your message hits home I’m going to stop compromising my goals from this day on. Make better choices and don’t allow myself for not going to the gym because I didn’t pay my bill, I could go to the park and do calisthenics. One of my favorite videos yet, you really snapped on this video and told the cold truth

This video is so true. About a year ago I decided to stop drinking. I didn’t have a problem with drinking, It was taking too much of my time to go to happy hour all the time. It made me slower in the gym and I tended to sleep too late and be too lazy. Plus I was tired of having the same conversations. Never learning anything, never growing in any way, shape or form. Anyway,my so-called friends said the same things that Bedros just was talking about. And within a couple of weeks, I noticed that I hadn’t received any phone calls from any of them. My point is this: You will have people in your life that want to keep you down. Get rid of them…… I’m a new subscriber Bedros. Thank you for your words of motivation… God bless…

The almighty is moving you where he wants you to be and you can't stop moving. The most important step you can take right now is the next step. Figure out what that is and take it. You might think you're falling but at least you're falling forward. One day at a time my friend. The fact you even started something at all shows that you got guts and you got what it takes. Gotto put your thoughts in order. Way back I didn't worry about how much my check was, i bought a $2 notebook at Walmart and i wrote down my life in sections. Not necessarily a to-do list but more of what had been in my mind that id either postpone or never take action on. Within 3 months i was certified in 3 areas that increased my paychecks and made me more qualified. Nothing crazy but enough to prove to myself that writing down my thoughts could have a powerful change. In 3 months i did what i hadn't done in 10 years because i had no real targets to shoot, all i had were scattered thoughts that never got any attention. All my attention went to getting pxssy and partying. I lost interest in sugars, grease, lust, destructive people, unnecessary conversations. I regained power over my life because of a $2 notebook. I actually decided to buy that instead of a fancy $40-$60 journal. I wanted to prove to myself this would actually have a use in my life and not just be a useless pretty piece of paper on my nightstand. I still keep that notebook close to me. My life has changed immensely. I no longer worry about checks.

Thank you, Bedros!! I came out the gates strong this year, crushing goals, but the last couple of weeks have been a drag for some reason. This was the kick in the ass that I needed to realign the vision. Thanks for the pat on the back and the "get back in the game" that a lot of us needed to hear!
