Video games are like anything else. In moderation, it is fine, but playing 5 hours a day is excessive. If you need 30 minutes to pop some zombie heads and blow off some steam, I don't see an issue there. As far as drinking, you can find me with pineapple juice or water at any given time, the rare times I go to a club. That being said, spending 30 minutes a day learning Spanish or something would be more useful.
