I didn’t have a phone for six months before the start of college and sometimes wouldn’t have it for months in high school and honestly it was great, it made me be more aware of my surroundings. As well I realized I don’t go on social media now as much anymore. It makes you pay attention to things and I really suggest people do it. If it’s not giving up your phone for a day, give up social media for a day. It’ll feel great
