I am struggling to choose between agricultural in nrc(native) vs flat in bangalore. Atleast for 10-15 years have to stay in bangalore for job purposes, but the prices pinch a lot. In the same amount we can buy acre in baghpat/merrut side. Please guide 🙏.

Please think logically about the flats rate. They are quite exepensive. What is the average salary of people in Delhi/NCR? As per you only business ke delhi wale guys are able to afford. Let us see in 2 years how many business classes are actually living in the new flats. It is all investors with black money now who have bought flats.
