I finally got around to playing my enhancement shaman since Legion and have had a lot of fun with him. I doubt he’ll replace my main, but I could definitely see myself hearing him on the side to have more variety.

Enhance is the best class!! WINDFURY FTW! Love the fast paced playstyle and all the utility and support the class brings.... good dps, interrupt purge stuns heals ect. We got it all (almost).

I'm going to play enhancement this patch. I've always liked classes that have lots of procs, and I really don't like having to choose between doing ST dmg or AOE, and I don't like 3min cd classes. Enhancement has everything I like - procs, short burst windows with very little dmg downtime and decent ST and AOE in the same build. Sad i'm just discovering this but looking forward to learning it

I'm excited for Enh next season, got my shaman all geared up at 445. But I'm a meta slave so if Aug doesn't get gutted I'm stuck with that for raids. Really looking forward to Enh M+ however.

We are only lacking in the defensive departement. Super high keys and some mythic raid bosses are not fun.

Aye for sure, would love a tad more defensives! It managable in Mythic raiding (sitll annoying) but high keys is deff more of a skillcheck then it needs to be!

You've already convinced me to reroll to enhance. It's a lot of fun, but you really don't learn this spec in a day! Ngl coming from WW I have a feeling early key pushing and mythic prog is gonna be brutal survivability-wise.

Going into my third season as enhance i feel way more comfortable, meaning it only took 2 seasons to learn... Nah but it's for sure a step up from alot of rotations but that's part of the fun, atleast for me! Always feel like i'm improving!

Heya! Enhancement should not have any issues getting in to any content in 10.2 unless they swing around a massive nerf hammer! Or well.. i donno bout pvp!

I was in love with elementalist build in season 1, they changed the meta for us to play storm build, I fell in love with that too. Now they are changing the meta to elementalist build again. Alright it is all fun and games I get it but doesn't it make you guys feel disturbed that they are forcing our playstyle with tier set bonuses? They are only giving us choice paradoxes rather than actual choices to play the builds we want. They are forcing it. What is the point of those cool looking talent screens if we are going to play a solid build with only 2-3 nods changing inside of builds? Don't get me wrong, I love and play enhancement shaman since it was absolute trash and I love playing both builds in Dragonflight. I wish they would stop forcing builds with tier set bonuses and stop changing talent trees every 3 months. I wouldn't think I would say this but I genuinely missed BfA (except every day grind 8.3) where everything was easier and smoother.

Feedback and critic is always valuable when presented well! I do however think that regardless of tier bonus any class and specc is always going to be shoe horned into to X or Y build which can change per patch, even if they add 10 more talents. So it's always going to be a bit of "illusion of choice" unless you remake to like path of exile lvl style but kinda hard to translate that to an MMO..i think atleast! Not saying it to invalidate just my own 2 cents & like i obivously don't mind the system so it's always good to hear others opinion on it!

Probably yea, well not the omega funnel build which is with firenova since that one only works if you do big pulls with boss. But elementalist builds with extra funnel for sure!

Question pls: Im also going enha next season, never played it before but my MM hunt is gutted so… For past two weeks, I practiced storm build as it is apparently easier. Though is it clear elementalist will be better? I need to be raid-ready in 2-3 weeks, should I start learning elementalist immediately or will I do fine with easier storm?

Heya! Storm is great for learning the basics of enh/understand the specc and works great for ST and alright on aoe/cleave in 10.2 that being said it does look like elementalist build will be the winner in most cases! can't say HOW big the diff will be right now but regardless i think learning elementalist will be very valuable.

Enhance looks fun and I wanna try it, but I'm used to Havoc DH and Fury Warrior where I have tons of Leech and passive healing. How hard is it to heal yourself as enhance?

Big diff is as enhance you gotta controll it yourself, we have great self healing but at the cost of DPS (takes a globals and spends maelstrom) but if it's for parts you know you will be taking a ton of dmg it's very easy to just insta heal yourself with a healing surge. that being said you'll probably feel alot squishier going from forexample a DH to Enh, tots doable just takes some planning sometimes! Also this is mostly on a mythic raid/high keys lvl!

@@StankieGaming Do you have experience with enhance in PvP? My plan for 10.2 is to get 1800 in solo shuffle ASAP then try to do PvE (mythic plus and maybe ahead of the curve). I've seen enhance one shot people when they pop ascendance but they themselves seem kinda squishy too.

The "phys" build is still there (storm) But it will overall perform worse then elementalist! Will work great for pure ST, and decent for aoe/cleave.

During wrath I was ranked 98th Global Enhancement and 1st server. Enhance is still my favorite spex. There's 0 down time and rotation is everything. Definitely not for laid back players.

there's a build with easy rotation that's good to start with if you wanna try/get the basics of enhancement however playing the build i showcase in this one can be a bit hard to just pick up so might require some practice before it clicks!

Just reminder that enhance is real glass canon so if you struggle dying on other classes you will be miserable to survive on enhance though on bright side if you learn to survive on enhance you dont need gtfo type of addons anymore you saw it all

For pve only yea its great but avoid enhancement for pvp its tier set is really bad for pvp,super squishy and has way to many buttons. you can just play ez mode havoc dh with 4 buttons to top deeps.
