I do this SO MUCH !! Even more effective if you do it on a crowded court. Every team practice in school, I used to freestyle around all the people who were practicing their shots or standing around chatting etc. And then, I pretended the trees / cars were defenders and freestyled after my drills (used to do this on the street in front of home). As a reward 😅

Great vid coach, I just did a basketball game today and I need help with some stuff. But your vids are helping I just need to practice the stuff you show how to do. My team didn't win kinda because of me my shots weren't going in like side shots under the rim etc. I only got like 2 out of 7 shots in the net I think, also got two shots in my team's net bc I didn't know.
