I love your guy quote of "say less and do more". I agree totally because of the facts that us masculine goal striving me one of the number 1 rules is you don't tell others your goals in life because 99% of the time you not gonna take action and instead your gonna get complacent and complacency leads to failure. I understand as a hooper myself when guys would post on social media about being in the lab or weight room but then they screw around and never get that high quality workout that they know they needed to put in. I believe that not only should we sayless and do more but we must set goals for ourselves written on paper and write down what we are going to do for these goals while keeping them private to ourselves. Take care brother.
