Hey Jani, thanks for your reply. Your goals are great goals to have. But to skyrocket your motivation and willpower to keep going when you hit a plateau you need to ask yourself "Why?". The "why" is your vision goal. I would start by asking yourself: 1. Are there certain songs you want to be able to play? 2. Do you want to join a band that requires these skills? Then go deeper: 1. How would it make me feel when I could do all these things? 2. What would the next goal be? (the one that goes beyond joining a band or playing a certain song: Play concerts? Tour internationally?) From there you can go even deeper: 1. Why would you want to tour internationally? What would be the result if you did that? Do you want to spread a message and start a movement? Maybe you just want to leave your day job and pay your rent by playing music? Maybe you want to be a role model for your kids? 2. How would it make you feel to do so? This is just an example of how you can always add another layer of depth when setting goals. The deeper you go, the stronger your willpower will be. Dream big! Don't let reality (or whatever you perceive it to be) limit yourself. Create that north star, so you always have a direction to move towards to. The three goals that you set can be reached in a year (practicing 1hour/day), if you think about the why and obviously practice effectively.

Hey Daniel, that's a great goal! To deepen your willpower to everything possible to move towards this goal, ask yourself the questions why. How would your life change, if you reached your goal? (Happiness, fulfilment, relationships, health, finance, etc.) Then ask yourself how you would change other people's life by reaching that goal.
