I would rather get a first gen gallardo, put some minor exterior mods and an aftermarket exhaust. I would get a 40k daily and I would be much happier than spending 150k on a car which is depreciate like a mofo and isnt worth that money at all!

The merc depreciates even if u dont put miles on it lol, once its out of the showroom and you buy it, its gonna go down like crazy. And I would sell my gallardo before whatever 30k, 40k miles. Upgrade maybe or just stick with the same price and get cars like F430 and stuff

dwadeuptop Yg by "MB/BMW leases"- do you mean the cars themselves aren't comparable? If so I agree the BMW is not just faster but sportier , but you can't compare its interior or tech to the MB- so maybe they're a wash (unless you prioritize sport or luxury more)? I was talking $ only for the same class/MSRP of car in the US. In the US, a 440 is up against a c45 class wise-not so not fair to compare it to the C300 and its 5.9 (although BMW wins there, with a 428 being in the lower 5s).

That C300 vs 440 comparison may be the dumbest thing I've ever heard. Do they not produce something called a C450/C43 where you live? Because thats what competes with a 440, not a C300. Also BMW had 2 years to beat the S Class with the 7 Series, and they still couldn't produce a better luxury sedan. The 3 Series isn't even close to the luxury of a W205 C Class. Also the 340i X Drive does 0-60 in 4.6 seconds, so does the C43. A little logic and actual knowledge would take you a long way.

Doesn't seem like you're much of an enthusiast when you compare the 4 Cylinder to the 6 Cylinder, and actually you seem like more of a fanboy by giving BMW the advantage in this unfair comparison. As for me, my family has both a W205 C300 in the driveway and a 335i GT. I without a doubt can say the C300 has a far better interior. I'll give BMW points because the C450 doesn't handle nearly as well as the 340i, and the 440i M Performance Edition looks insanely cool.

buying any car brand new really is stupid, even buying a car with like 10k km or miles or whatever u go by would reduce the price by like 30k+ and would probably still look brand new. when i was car shopping i was so close to buying a bmw 750li... im so glad i shopped around and just went with a chrysler 300 , i saved like 70k and i asked my kid what he thought of the 750 on the side of the road 1 day and hes like man ur car is way nicer looking.... its all personal preference but sometimes buying the cheaper option is smarter , my shits long been paid and it barely dented my bank.
