Aimee Cho's lessons are great. I have tried a number of instructors, and she is the best, very technical which is needed to understand what we did wrong before. Thanks a lot!

Nicely done. Your swing looks every bit as good as some of the biggest stars on tour.

Senior rookie golfer with lots of injuries here; and Aimee is the first instructional content maker whom I’ve followed who hasn’t sent me home in agony. That alone is huge.

Hi Brian! Thanks so much for sharing! I have struggled with quite a bit of injuries myself. So my main focus is to be gentle on the body, yet maximize the performance 😊👍 I am so glad to hear that its' working for you!!

Big thanks for this tip, just ordered it from your Aimee List ❤Exactly what I need to be more consistent. Why "think" your head is still when you can KNOW it's still.

Hi Aimee, I have never seen that tip for staying low, but it works! A couple of practice swings before I swing and no more early extension.

Today I went to my practice field with some balls, my 9 iron and my 6 hybrid. I've been getting my backswing quite well, good rotation, good hinge and good lag in the downswing but I think I've been looking up from the swing a bit too early to see how great my shots are. As a result I've been hitting them slightly thin. Still hitting straight but mostly running along the ground with unpredictable distance. Today I focused on staying low right THRROUGH the contact and what a difference!! I was hitting a lot more flush and with much more consistent distance. THANK YOU SO MUCH, Aimee. You made a big difference. 😊

Great Instructions! I generally scoop the ball and lose distance. I break my wrists to early and draw and hook the ball. I have trouble with my hips turning. Need more distance off tee! Thanks Aimee, Great videos!

Nice work Aimee; you really got our attention here, thank you. I am looking forward to more of your videos. The LPGA tour shows us what kind of golf small stature players are capable of; please take us there.

Great lesson! I did find out that if I stay low during the swing, I am much easier to get lag and de-loft my club and thus easy to gain 10~15 yards more distance.

What’s so consistent with your swing is your head does not move. It’s so clear in the slo-mo.

When I was a young guy just starting out, my dad would stand in front of me and grab a clump of hair in order to keep me low. Wish I had a crew cut back then! Thanks for reminding me again the importance of staying low.

Great drill on staying low and eliminating early extension. There is no way this would not help with the driver too because your legs if anything are over activated in this drill. When you stop the drill and do regular swings everything should be just right. Fantastic stuff.

When you get low, right wrist needs to be super bent back, right?
@GolfWithAimee3 жыл бұрын
Hi S T! You mean bent back right wrist as in lagging? Yes and no, lagging is important when you are staying low but your body turning and shifting (=body clearing out of the way) should accommodate so even if you don't have the strongest lag (which is me) you shouldn't have any issues hitting cleanly. I hope this answers your question!

@GolfWithAimee3 жыл бұрын
Hi Jeff, yes that will most likely happen if you cast. When you start to stay down and you start to hit fat shots, you have to work on your lag. kzbin.info/www/bejne/nXSceqOPjciFm8k kzbin.info/www/bejne/qXLGhYKphrSfhKM please check out the lessons on lag. Hope this helps! Thanks 😊
