Living in Southeastern Wisconsin, all I see are farms growing GMO corn and soy with cows crammed in huge barns (i.e., factory farms). I also see ads stating, "Farmers feed America", but what they are growing is not food that I or anyone else should consume.

I don't know if you are going to talk about nixtamalized corn. Could you talk about its benefits and/or potential health risks of eating it on a regular basis (tortillas, tostadas)?

ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT POPCORN OR SWEET CORN OR HARD CORN? THEY ARE ALL DIFFERENT.
@happy777abc21 күн бұрын
All corn is filled with toxic chemicals. It's how they grow it now. Corn by itself has dangerous lectins in it.

Idk why people don’t realize that we aren’t made to eat modern food. Our decedents will but not us. We are meant to eat food that our ancestors ate.

Never eat conventional corn. Eat much less corn in general. When you do eat it make sure at least it is non GMO certified. Try popping sorghum instead but recognize even sorghum has its problems.

Is olive oil a good idea when it's got a high advanced glycation end product content, similar to other vegetable oils? I mean a tablespoon, yes, but a liter and it's fast food diet level? Hope you can discuss this in a video. I get hair snarling eating liter/week amounts of olive oil. Wondering if that's the AGE products. You're oil is more concentrated, but maybe olive lead extract is more economical? Love olive oil in my diet because it's helping reduce blood sugar loading. But that AGE content is huge? Thanks!
