Yes I agree all these divisions get confusing but God's not the author of confusion. He can use any reasonable translation to teach and bless anybody. Thanks for watching and commenting!

Good info. I use the same 3 bibles …. ESV, NKJV, and NLT…. when I study. Like you, I feel that those three provide a good balance for me.

My go-to is the NKJV. I also make more use of the NASB95 For readability, I like CSB. I reference many others, but these are my modern 3 versions.

Nancy, great video!🎉 I like to use 3 translations, as well. I vary with ESV, NLT, and NASB. Sometimes I swap the NASB for a different one.

I had a pastor that used the NASB but I've found it difficult to understand at times. But I will still refer to it. Aside from that my Mom's family Bible was an NASB and I have that as a beautiful keepsake that I'll never get rid of.
