I'm thinking about hydro dipping the a arms on my sport atv. The a arms are black and I want a blue carbon fiber. Should I get a blue carbon fiber film, paint my a arms blue then carbon fiber dip them, or carbon fiber dip them then spary candy blue???

Every time I use an aerosol for activator it turns into a dice roll. I’ve had instances where it worked ok and others where the force of the air just shredded the film or had spotty coverage. I’ve tried different speeds, angles, and distances but I can never seem to get a consistent result.

yes they are JUNK. Tried several brands, finally got a HVLP gun and a galon of activator. Best results
