@@KenTravels360 You're welcome. You ought to discorver Latium. The whole regione is a jem, unfortunately hidden by the light of Rome. Towns like Anagni (birthplace of many Popes with 8th century churches), Arpino (Cicero's birthplace where every where Certamen Ciceronianum takes place), Ferentino (whose walls were built 10 centuries before the foundation of Rome) or Montecassino with its Abbey. I am going to Spello for two weeks in October. Do you think I can visit Perugia by bus and the chocolate factory?

You certainly can, although frequency of buses is not that great. There is also a bus to the chocolate factory from Perugia. So, it's do-able, but it would be useful if you check the timetables beforehand.
