I was speaking to people who lived in Tenerife and they mentioned it has drastically changed in the last 10 years

@@CallumTash There are several ways to look at it...on the mainland where I live, the Spanish cannot afford to live in the tourist cities. But then it is also the case that the Spanish travel more than ever. In the Canary Islands there have not been many Spaniards.....compared to tourists today...many are immigrants for work. Either for a short or long time.
