I have a weighted vest that goes to up 30lbs. Each weight is 3lbs a piece I use 18lbs now. I knew from start of walking just walking doesn't do much for me as I walked all my child and teenage life. So I knew I needed something to make it burn more. As I lose weight I'm going to add more weight. To keep that burn going.

pace... i try near 3 miles in under 30 mins. Thanks will start carrying weights, makes sense.

hell yea! you're going to get stronger! Right now I'm walking 10miles a day with a 30lbs vest.

Not at first you should not, it's progressive overload! Start with nothing then slowly add the weight or you will not fully benefit from it

Not unless you’re trying to overload the muscles to the point of repair and making them stronger.

@@bbrandumbb if you go into the gym first day and go all out, you will most likely hurt yourself and then give up all together. Start doing something that you can do everyday and scale up from there

They said the vest should not be over 10% of the body weight. If I'm 50 kg, then i should get a vest of around 5 kg. But what If I lose weight, then do I need to find a lighter vest or i can keep using the current one ? Thank you
