Why You Should Watch under Fluoroscopy as You Advance Catheter up the Aorta

I have recently been told I have facial avm by Brigham & Womans. They also told me they would not try to fix it because of a 50/50 risk of losing eye sight in right eye. It has ended my diving career of over 30 years. Any suggestions?
