In this brand new entry, we take a bit of a different approach than usual. WE discuss how Challenger players often forget what new players don't know and I give tips on how to improve without watching them.

I don't want to sound like this is hate, but the vast majority of the video feels like it's at odds with the message you were trying to get across. The title of the video implies that watching challengers will not help you improve, or worse that it could actively hinder your improvement. You gave a good example of that with Tyler1 and how his selfish and toxic mental state would be a hinderance if emulated by worse players (or just in general imo) but then go on to also name AloisNL as an example saying that what he calls Fundamentals, are actually already advanced concepts. You are by definition correct, the game of league is incredible complex, but I think you miss the point that it's a very old game and the majority of players are not new. The target audience of this video doesn't appear to be brand new players who just finished the tutorial, yet all the examples and points seem to only apply to those. For example, learning to last hit minions, farming. You discuss the basic of it and consider things such as identifying lane state to be an advanced topic, yet who do you think would be watching challenger players to improve? Billy who downloaded the game yesterday and is still learning the how to control his character? Or Sally who has been hard stuck silver 3 for 2 years after climbing from bronze. Also, on the topic of farming, it is often the advanced topics that control when you can do the basics. For example, if you consider simply killing minions as basics but an enemy laner freezing the lane on you, what do you do? How can Sally improve? Watching AloisNL (seeing as you named him) could give that answer to Sally. Playing many many games will not, going into the practice tool will not, Sally will struggle to find the answer themselves, which is the exact situation where learning what AloisNL calls fundamentals, can help and it's those fundamentals that control so many more aspects of the laning phase. You can only do the basics, when the advanced let you. Next you go on to talk champion mastery and again, start from the very bottom. Yes every player should learn every ability in the game, but for most players I believe that's just implied. No matter the game, most players will learn the basics simply by playing. You will learn what each ability does just by playing the game. It's only really new players who would need to "catch up" in their basic knowledge. For players who are already level 30, already playing ranked, already looking to improve, those players need the other aspects of champion mastery. The aspects of knowing your limits. Knowing your trading patterns. Knowing what is or isn't a good fight or trade for you. And once again, it's those concepts that AloisNL calls Fundamentals. This isn't supposed to sound like a hate comment, nor am I here to defend AloisNL (or his viewers) or condemn Tyler1 (or his viewers). It's more that I think the entire premise of this video is misguided. The information in this video is much more of a "What should new players learn first" type of video and much less so a "What will help you climb" video.

I really don't agree with the point of this video. Firstly you are explaining things like "if you dont know all champions and what they do then ..." which is thingy mainly people who are completely new to the game are struggling with , not people who take the game seriously and really want to improve (like gold players) (you have to admit that concept of "learn your champions combos and attack patterns" isnt already clear to everyone above lvl 30) . Also your title is straight up just clickbait because the same things that you say I've heard tens of times from challengers " learn the basics " ," learn how to farm" its not really anything new that challenger players haven't said hundreds of times. It's also missleading because what other way do people above silver have of learning anything ? ... Again not sure who you are targeting with this video since ppl who dont know anything about league aren't looking up how to get better but gl.
