Hey mate can you do some videos on some of the larger fish i got a big 6 foot by 3 foot by 3 tank and would love some videos on good fish for a community style large fish tank bonus points if they can live with plants too

Losing one of my babies makes me upset for a day or two , so I try my best not to lose them ... I remember when I was younger and didn't have much knowledge of fish keeping , my uncle gifted me a heater ( now when I think of it , it was kind of useless when living on a tropical island ) , so I did the worst mistake that a beginner can do ... putting the heater at a high level and leaving it all night ... in the morning, I've got an aquarium full of fish soup with plants without spices ... I was devastated for months and never ever used a heater in any of my tanks ...

@@AussieFishKeeping. it is indeed , but that is all the fun of this hobby ... you learn from your mistakes ... you do more research ... you have experience with time ... and when you see the good results, it's more than just satisfaction, I can say it's a blissful pride ... and you laugh about your former mistakes, lol ... and God knows how many funny mistakes I've made in the past 😆 😂 🤣

I’m trying to be a good fish mummy! Only feeding twice a week with quality flakes. Not overstocked, reduced the light, so doing the obvious stuff. Definitely some algae on the glass, I have some Blackbeard algae which I chop out by hand. Live plants.

Sounds like your doing an awesome job with your aquarium. I wouldn’t worry too much about the algae at all, I have a few other videos talking about how algae can be beneficial for your aquarium. Thanks for the comment ☺️🙏
